Belle of Round Top Policies
The Belle of Round Top is an 1880's historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
Non-smoking interior, smoking in outside arbor only. Candles, incense, smoking, pipes, cigars or anything that burns is absolutely not permitted inside the Belle.
Children over 14 welcome. Sorry, no pets, however we are working on a plan to have a special lodging facility for your pets, so contact us if you'd like more information.
Arrival time is 2:00pm, Departure by 11:00am
We can make arrangements for early and late check-ins, please inquire
11% City and State hotel tax is not included in room rates.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please be aware of the cancellation policy.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one half entire stay's fee. The deposit may be refunded up to 30 days prior to your stay minus a $50 fee for cancellation.
The deposit is non-refundable 14 days prior to check-in, however, it can be credited toward a future stay within 6-months.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 72 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
Balance will be charged to the credit card you provided for an antiques week event stay 30-days prior to the check-in day. After this time cancellations are non-refundable.
We gladly accept your personal check, cashiers check, cash or credit cards. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard.
Weekend Guests: Please note that on some weekends we may have an event going on here during the daytime hours. If it is a nighttime event we will inform you ahead of time.
